I am a Geological Data Specialist with more than 25 years of experience in geological data management, exploration workflows, and database governance. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with organisations of all sizes to manage and transform geological data across the full exploration lifecycle.
My strengths lie in designing and implementing robust geological database solutions and migrating complex datasets from disparate sources into robust, reliable, and accessible systems. I’ve had the opportunity to work across a wide range of commodities including base and precious metals, coal, bauxite, diamonds, and mineral sands which has given me a deep understanding of the unique data challenges in many different exploration and mining environments.
Data quality has always been a core driver for me. From data capture through to modelling, I insist on strong QA/QC processes and metadata standards to ensure information is accurate, consistent, and truly useful.
Alongside my technical capabilities, I bring solid experience in project scoping, budgeting, client communication, and team leadership.
I’m passionate about helping organisations unlock the full value of their geological data, and I continue to focus on building systems and workflows that support better decisions and better outcomes.
